I'm James Sinclair, a Performance Nutritionist, and Performance Coach with almost 2 decades of experience in professional football.

I'm passionate about providing athletes with the knowledge and tools they need to reach their full potential. I offer a holistic approach to nutrition and training, incorporating all aspects of an athlete's lifestyle.
