I am a certified nutritionist based in North London. I have had an extensive sporting career in Premiership rugby with Saracens, Premiership Football and now Crossfit. I know what is required to play at and stay at the top of team sports.

I specialise in Nutrition team sports, Crossfit and have worked with several weight making athletes such as weightlifters and fighters.

I have experience with elite level athletes alongside Amateur and recreational athletes and also those looking to look and feel better.
