This 4 week nutrition challenge will involve an InBody before and after the 4 weeks. It will start on August 14th and run until September 11th.
It will involve a questionnaire that can be filled out in your own time. It will also contain meal plan ideas and recipes throughout the 4 weeks.
There will be breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes assigned to each participant. There will be weekly check ins via SENPRO and also a goal to hit by the end of the 4 weeks.
