Together we will create a plan of action that will help you achieve this with a focus on each of the following areas of your nutrition and performance goals:

  • Enhance daily energy levels for training
  • Maximise training adaptations
  • Improve recovery
  • Enhance fuelling strategies in training and for competition e.g. triathlon
  • Special body composition goals (increase muscle mass; lose body fat)
  • Reduce the risk of injury and illness
