Who is it for? As a supplementary service alongside my performance nutrition services or as a stand alone service, Jason's personal training sessions are open to individuals who: - Want to develop their overall fitness - Are a master (35yrs+) or older athlete (65yrs+) and want 1-1 support & guidance with their training - Are looking to engage with a variety of training methods e.g. resistance, interval, and HIIT. - Want to make changes to their body composition e.g. gain/retain lean muscle tissue or improve body confidence - Want to improve their technique - Want to exercise in a safe and non-judgemental environment. - Want to have fun exercising with a friendly and knowledgable practitioner!
T&Cs - All sessions have to be used within the 12 week block - sessions cannot be carried over. - Only if the client or practitioner is away on holiday can sessions be delayed. - The aim of this package is to complete 1 x 1-1 sessions a week. - Payment can be made in monthly instalments.
