WELCOME TO PM NUTRITION COACHING

No matter what your goal, whether that be weight loss, improve performance or you just want to gain more knowledge about nutrition we’ve got you covered at PM Nutrition Coaching.

HOW DO WE BEGIN?

After completing a few initial questionnaires including information on current lifestyle, diet, exercise, eating habits and race day nutrition, a 5 day dietary analysis will be completed to get an understanding of your current intake/requirements.

We'll go over your training log to see what your goals are for the training or competition period, and if required can consult with your coach to get a better understanding of your program and periodisation.

SO WHAT'S INCLUDED?

During your time at PM Nutrition coaching you can communicate with your nutritionist via what's app or messenger to discuss any questions from your program and information we sent through, review current intake and discuss additional nutrition strategies to assist with meeting your nutrition goals and provide additional information.

Your individual plans will be delivered online including:

  • 2 x Weekly Meal Plans as; Mon - Fri & Sat/Sun - based on your specific Calorie & Macro Targets
  • Provide guidance & structure around meals
  • Access to 200+ easy to follow recipes categorized by the demands of your training
  • Pre & during training nutrition tailored to every training session/s (If applicable)
  • Post training advice
  • Suggestions for additional nutrients or ergogenic aids, if necessary

Along with the above inclusions, and for those that are competing a tailored race specific nutrition plan leading into your next event/race is provided, including:

  • Carbohydrate loading protocols
  • Implementing competition nutrition practices throughout training block using gut training strategies (food and fluid)
  • Pre and event day fuel plan
  • Event day fuel timeline specific to your chosen race
  • Programming to reduce the risk of digestive/gut issues

HOW WILL YOUR PLAN BE DELIVERED?

Available online and through your phone we’ll use SENPRO to:

  • Deliver your daily plans
  • WEEKLY check ins for accountability, support, and feedback
  • Track your foods & meals using the extensive database (optional) plus Integration with MyFitnessPal
  • Monitor metrics and progress (optional)
  • Provide simple, easy to follow recipes (updated regularly)
  • Unlimited communication with your Nutritionist

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO?

4 weeks is the minimum commitment time however we hope you'll stick with the plan for at least 12 weeks to see the progress with your health, nutrition and training.
