WELCOME TO PM NUTRITION COACHING
No matter what your goal, whether that be weight loss, improve performance or you just want to gain more knowledge about nutrition we’ve got you covered at PM Nutrition Coaching.
HOW DO WE BEGIN?
After completing a few initial questionnaires including information on current lifestyle, diet, exercise, eating habits and race day nutrition, a 5 day dietary analysis will be completed to get an understanding of your current intake/requirements.
We'll go over your training log to see what your goals are for the training or competition period, and if required can consult with your coach to get a better understanding of your program and periodisation.
SO WHAT'S INCLUDED?
During your time at PM Nutrition coaching you can communicate with your nutritionist via what's app or messenger to discuss any questions from your program and information we sent through, review current intake and discuss additional nutrition strategies to assist with meeting your nutrition goals and provide additional information.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO?
4 weeks is the minimum commitment time however we hope you'll stick with the plan for at least 12 weeks to see the progress with your health, nutrition and training.
All included for $240 per 4 weeks
