I’m Steve, a Performance Nutritionist and owner of P.D.P Performance Nutrition Consultants, based in North Yorkshire, England.

My first nutrition role was during my BSc, in 2006, at the David Beckham Academy. This allowed me to begin working with both members of the public and young male and female athletes. Since then, I have gained a lot of experience working with high level and professional athletes in a variety of sports.

I currently work as the performance nutritionist for Durham Women FC in the FA Women’s Championship, as well as supporting a number of individual athletes, including professional Tennis players, professional footballers, International Biathlete's and International track and field athletes, throughout the UK and Europe.

If you want success, your nutrition must be individualised to your specific needs. A “one size fits all” approach will not allow you to reach your potential. There can be no corners cut and there is no “magic bullet” that will correct a deficient eating regimen.

My nutrition plans are based around a food first approach. They are varied, easy to follow and more importantly, sustainable. They are not a “quick fix”, and there are no “fad diets” in sight. My plans give you the best opportunity to reach your full potential.
