Over the years, my research and practice have both focused heavily on helping athletes fuel properly to support heavy training, avoid overtraining by way of better nutrition, while also helping them achieve optimal body composition for their sport. I have a passion for helping athletes struggling with Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-s), a problem affecting male and female athletes in a broad range of sports that emphasize leanness as a key to competitive performance.
