My name is Alex and I am a registered performance nutritionist working with recreational and professional athletes. I graduated at Leeds Beckett University the MSc Sport and Exercise Nutrition course and now I am based in Romania.

My main specializations are metabolic testings and swimming nutrition. Currently, I deliver my nutritional services in regards with amateur and professional swimmers and provide 1-1 evidence informed nutrition to help them achieve their best performances and fully recover.
